Responsibilities:

• Direct, lead and responsible for planning, master implementation, contract management and deliveries of Residential, Commercial and Mixed Integrated Development Projects within costs budget, time schedule and quality standard.
• Development of products with marketing team, land bank acquisition, master plan development, project cash flow management and leading the Project Teams from inception stage –construction stage – handling over stage -maintenance for high end developments.
• Project feasibility study and land deal to determine what type of development is most viable and profitable for the company,
• Familiar with the entire property development and construction procedures and processes;
• Design development to ensure the product is suiting the market requirements;
• Project Management and Contract Administration, Tendering, Variation Claim, direct loss and expenses claim, Project Scheduling, site monitoring, checking of construction works on site to comply to the specification and etc
• Valuation of Main Claim and Sub-Con Claim,
• Familiar with PAM Form, CIDB Form and JKR Form of Contract,
• Understand fully the contractual relationship between the Client, Consultants, Main Contractor, Nsc, Nss and Domestic Sub-Contractor for varies type of Contract,
• The local authority and Government roles in the Building and Construction industry, Application of Extension of Time, ISO audit and procedure,
• Drafting Sub-Contract Documents and award Sub-contracts;
• Cash flow & budgeting
• Procurement of products to meet the minimum specification at the lowest cost

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture or other equivalent qualifications;
• Minimum 10-15 years working experience in high-rise development preferable with experience in managerial role;
• Experience in working with consultants for project planning and design matter in compliance to building by law;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team;
• Well versed in MS Office applications
